For the start of the apprenticeship on August 1, 2026, we are looking for you as an Industrial Management Assistant (d/m/f).
During your 3-year apprenticeship:
- You will act as a link between production, customers, and management.
- Your tasks will be diverse: you will conduct sales negotiations with customers, plan and implement marketing activities, plan, monitor, and control production processes, determine personnel deployment and requirements, and be involved in purchasing as well as the storage and timely provision of goods for production.
- You will work independently on holistic tasks and gain a comprehensive understanding of commercial and business processes.
What we require from you
- A secondary school certificate ("Realschulabschluss") or (advanced) technical college/university entrance qualification
- Openness and flexibility, strong communication and teamwork skills, and initiative
- An interest in economic processes and workflows
