Your tasks at AKG
- Processing customer orders
- Planning orders in production and organizing shipment of orders
- Communication with customers, including participating in online meetings
- Collaboration with departments involved in production processes
- Working with resource management systems
What we require from you
- Higher education is preferred
- Excellent Latvian and English skills; German language skills are an advantage for communication with customers
- Good computer skills; experience with Microsoft 365 and SAP ERP is preferred
- Ability to collect, analyze and systematize large amounts of information
- Accuracy, ability to work with numbers, independently plan tasks and follow through on execution
- Experience working with SAP ERP is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
