Your tasks at AKG
- Conducting workflow and process analyses
- Independently performing and documenting time studies in accordance with REFA standards
- Creating and maintaining structured standard time catalogs
- Developing proposals to improve work processes in order to increase efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality, in close cooperation with the engineering, production planning, and manufacturing departments
What we require from you
- Completed technical vocational training with further professional qualification (e.g. master craftsman, technician)
- Completed REFA certification or willingness to obtain it
- Professional experience in time management, standard time determination, and/or production planning is an advantage
- Commercial knowledge and SAP experience are an advantage
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 / MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Methodical and independent working style
- Cost awareness, commitment, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
