Your tasks at AKG
- Design tools and/or machines of varying types which are used in manufacturing;
- Re-design, repair, or replace in-process production program equipment, production;
- Develop processes, methods, tooling and production controls for new product;
- Set up new equipment, ensure satisfactory operation, and instruct others to properly;
- Write procedures for the operation of new or existing equipment;
- Implement process improvements;
- Participate in the transition of product from design to prototype to full production;
- Design and development of FMEA's;
- Optimize and maintain the current standard working time calculation.
What we require from you
- Bachelor Degree or above，Mechanical/electrical related major or engineering background.
- Five years working experience in mechanical or industry engineering area;
- Ability for using CAD and 3D drawing software, three years working experience withfixture and tool design；
- Ability for communication in both English and Chinese. Know well about Microsoft office;
- With strong communication, organization, coordination ability, good team work skills, highly responsible work, honest, can work independently, willing to learn and share.
