Your tasks at AKG
- Preparation of production process documentation (defining the sequence of operations, calculating execution times, preparing initial work plans in accordance with the company’s production standards)
- Maintenance and management of technical drawings (reviewing drawing versions, updating, storing and distributing them to the relevant departments)
- Maintenance of technical documentation (data alignment and documentation of changes)
- Improvement of production processes in cooperation with the Quality Department (integrating quality requirements into processes, optimizing work operations, implementing new solutions together with team leaders)
- Support in the introduction of new product series (preparation and coordination of technical data)
What we require from you
- Technical education (secondary professional or higher education)
- Understanding of production processes and experience in a manufacturing company
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills; German language skills are an advantage for communication with designers within the AKG Group in Germany
- Good computer skills; experience with Microsoft 365 and SAP ERP systems is an advantage
- Systematic thinking, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with department managers and engineers
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop professionally on the job
