Your tasks at AKG
- Ensuring production quality and output quantities
- Personnel deployment planning and leadership of the team, including onboarding, motivation, and performance evaluation in cooperation with the cost center manager
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations, quality standards, 5S standards, and customer requirements
- Shift-related monitoring of production volumes and scrap rates
- Support in personnel and shift planning, production start-ups, and continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives
What we require from you
- Completed vocational (industrial) training
- Several years of experience in an industrial production environment
- Experience in metalworking or paint shop operations is an advantage
- Initial leadership experience desirable
- PC skills, particularly in Excel and SAP
- Willingness to work shifts
