Your tasks at AKG
- Further development and strategic design of modern continuing education and training programs for the AKG Group within the framework of the AKG Academy
- Responsibility for the operational management of the AKG Academy, including the definition and further development of standards and processes
- Selection, implementation, or further development of a future-proof learning management system for AKG
- Planning, organization, and professional preparation and follow-up of selected training measures, including the optional implementation of individual formats
- Disciplinary leadership of the Design Academy and technical leadership of the global AKG Academy team
- Close and trusting collaboration with internal departments and relevant interfaces within the AKG Group
- Selection, management, and further development of collaboration with external training partners and service providers
- Development, maintenance, and target-group-specific provision of training and educational materials
- Support and implementation of learning topics in the context of new processes, systems, and organizational changes
What we require from you
- A college degree, for example in economics, social sciences, human resources, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in continuing education, learning and development, human resources development, or a related field
- Extensive experience in designing, organizing, and successfully implementing training and learning programs
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, as well as in an international context
- Strong digital aptitude, creativity, and practical experience with M365 applications
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- A structured, independent work style, as well as strong communication and organizational skills
