Your tasks at AKG
Das zweijährige Traineeprogramm verbindet eine breitgefächerte, abteilungsüber-greifende Ausbildung mit der Möglichkeit, Knowhow und Praxis in den Bereichen Fertigungsplanung und Produktion zu erwerben.
Es gliedert sich in die 3 unten genannten Abschnitte.
1. Überblick (ca. 4 Wochen):
Ihr Mentor, der Sie während der gesamten Traineezeit begleitet, sowie ausgewählte Führungskräfte und Spezialisten der AKG am Standort Hofgeismar geben Ihnen einen ersten Überblick über die Ziele, Organisation, Prozesse und Zusammenhänge der einzelnen Bereiche.
Durch das Einholen von Informationen und deren strukturierter Aufarbeitung tragen Sie selbst zu einem fundierten Überblick über Ihr zukünftiges Arbeitsumfeld bei.
2. Bereichsübergreifende Einarbeitung (ca. 12 Monate):
Unter Berücksichtigung Ihrer bereits vorhandenen Qualifikationen und des voraussichtlichen späteren Einsatzgebietes lernen Sie verschiedene Abteilungen durch mehrtägige oder -wöchige Einsätze kennen. Die Abteilungen

- Musterbau
- Qualitätsmanagement
- SCM / Logistik
- Forschung und Entwicklung
- Produktentwicklung und Innovation/Neue Produkte
- Konstruktion
- Einkauf
gehören dabei zum Standardrepertoire.
Parallel übernehmen Sie erste Aufgaben und Projekte innerhalb Ihres voraussichtlichen späteren Schwerpunktgebietes. Neben den notwendigen Fachkenntnissen für die effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen bauen Sie in dieser Zeit Ihr persönliches Netzwerk im Unternehmen auf.
3. Schwerpunktgebiet:
In dieser Phase konzentrieren Sie sich auf die Vertiefung Ihrer Kenntnisse im Bereich Produktionsmanagement und übernehmen Verantwortung für Ihre eigenen Projekte.
Parallel werden Sie im Umgang mit den bei AKG eingesetzten Kernkompetenzen (SAP, 5S etc.) geschult.
Unter Berücksichtigung Ihrer Qualifikationen und aktueller Projekte planen wir des Weiteren einen mehrwöchigen Einsatz in einem der ausländischen Unternehmen der AKG Gruppe.

Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss im Bereich Maschinenbau oder einem ähnlichen technischen Bereich
Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z.B. durch Berufsausbildung, Praktika) wünschenswert
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Kommunikationsstärke, Problemlösungskompetenz
