Your tasks at AKG
- Introduction of new products into production – preparation of cost calculations, technological process descriptions, and documentation
- Participation in non-conformity analysis and preparation of improvement proposals
- Coordination of technical parameter and process changes with design engineers
- Cooperation with production-related departments
- Maintenance and updating of product technical documentation
What we require from you
- Higher technical education
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and experience working with technical documentation
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills; German language skills are an advantage for communication with AKG Germany group designers
- Good computer skills; experience with Microsoft 365 and the SAP resource management system is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to independently plan work and follow through on execution
- Willingness to acquire new skills and learn on the job
